Do you charge a security deposit?

Yes, one month’s rent based on the price home

Are your communities pet friendly?

Yes, our communities are pet friendly. There are restrictions based on the size of the pet. Please view our Pet Policy Flyer or contact the community office for details.

Are utilities included with the monthly rent? 

Utilities are not included with the monthly rent. You will need to contact the local utility company to have the utilities transferred into your name.

Do the homes include a washer & dryer?

Our homes do not include washers or dryers, but they do include the stove and refrigerator.  Select homes may include a dishwasher.
